Richard McArthur from VELUX said “We really loved the bright, airy feel of the Attic Masters project. It’s a simple, classic design which really demonstrates just how much light VELUX roof windows can provide to an attic room. Many congratulations on their win!”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Certificate of Compliance

It is an actual certificate issued by a structural engineer after a satisfactory inspection has been carried out, and ensures work carried out in your house is in compliance with current planning and building regulations.

By-law approval was replaced in 1991 by new building regulations. The situation is that you must have a Certificate of Compliance whenever you have any work of structural nature carried out in your home.

You do not actually need this certificate until you sell your house or re-mortgage it, but it is as well to have it from the start, because it is proof that the job has been done correctly.

On completion of each job, we issue your Structural Engineer Certificate of Compliance The absence of the certificate can hold up or indeed completely stifle the future sale of your property.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
